Super juicy and an amazing umami flavor. I typically don’t like extra stuff on my burgers but the tomato slice really complements the rest of the ingredients. Great bun as well.

Pay a little more for bacon. It was perfect; crispy, juicy, and delicious. I suspect the foie gras butter is what kicks it up a notch but whatever ingredients they use, it was umami heaven!

Close to perfection. Make it Fo’ Cheezy style (replace the regular bun for parmesan-crusted sourdough). The jalapeño provides a nice amount of heat without overwhelming it.
